Parliamentarians have emphasised that boys and young men need fathers, amid increasing concerns around the threat of the “manosphere”.
The topic was debated at Westminster Hall earlier this September, though there was no specific mention of Biblical foundations to fatherhood, manhood or family structures.
Sam Rushworth MP, who proposed the debate, said it was needed because of “growing cross-party consensus that Government and policy have not caught up with the importance of male role models and fathers in people’s lives.”
