This book is a planned collaboration between Timothy Keller and his son, Michael, who is also a pastor in New York City.

Keller Jnr writes that the project was underway before Keller Snr’s last illness and death, and that his dad had left 40,000 words on the topic of stories that people live by. This book uses some of these, the fruit of conversations on the topic between father and son, and a generous sampling of quotes from many of Keller Snr’s published and unpublished books and papers.
