Jason Roach (Director of Ministries at London City Mission), en’s Chair of Trustees, Dr Joel Morris of Union School of Theology, Adrian Reynolds (Associate National Director of the Fellowship of Independent Evangelical Churches), Clare Heath-Whyte (author and biographer), and Peter Lynas (UK Director of the Evangelical Alliance) formed the “Question Time” panel with Morris chairing. Morris said: “We had a fantastic audience at Keswick, an excellent panel, and plenty of sharp questions and lively discussion. What a wonderful way to celebrate en’s 40th anniversary!”

The event took place during week three of this year’s Keswick Convention. Leading week three’s Bible Readings in the main tent was Union School of Theology’s President – and regular en contributor – Michael Reeves, who explored Ephesians.

Keswick Unconventional

Also happening during week three of the convention was Keswick Unconventional (KU) – an arts programme “where creativity and faith meet”. This year’s KU saw contributions from James Cary and Eilidh Patterson (among many others) and attendees could enjoy activities such as painting by the lake and being a part of a choir.

Convention attendee Bethany Houghton was part of the choir and said: “One thing I loved about the KU scratch choir was how it brought together Christians from different backgrounds and age groups. What a show of unity and a brilliant way to dwell on God’s Word! Our leaders were so gentle, capable, and full of joy, and it was a brilliant opportunity to exercise our God-given talents”

'Strong in His Strength'

The 2026 convention theme was “Strong in His Strength” and explored living boldly for Christ, with a focus on Ephesians 6v12: “Our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.”

Leading the convention’s first week of Bible Readings was Andy Robinson, who looked at Matthew 8–12, with week two’s Bible Readings led by Christopher Ash who explored Genesis 3–37.

Keswick Ministries has announced that next year’s convention will take place from 17 July to 6 August 2027, under the theme "Rend the heavens".
