You may think this is jumping the gun a bit, but Easter isn’t that far away, and Tesco have been selling chocolate eggs for weeks now. So, here are some books about the resurrection.

Jesus Rose for Me is a great place to start for the baby or toddler in your family. This is a board book that introduces solid truth with beautiful illustrations – teaching that Jesus Christ died for sinners, but that He is alive. A lovely book for resurrection day, which you can use any day of the week (ISBN 978 1 645 070 450).

The Day the Earth Shook. This is a book for young children that brings to light the power of Christ’s death and resurrection, introducing fundamental gospel truth. There is a lovely animation to accompany this book that you can access on the 10ofThose website (ISBN 978 1 910 587 560).
