Dear Sir,

Thank you for your July article on Jewish outreach I support the Church’s in en. Ministry among Jewish People (CMJ) and Society for the Distribution of Hebrew Scriptures (SDHS). Messianic congregations are growing and Jewish people are accepting Jesus, Yeshua, as their Messiah.

Witnessing to Jewish people is every Christian’s duty – with sensitivity, as Richard Gibson said. The Jewish prophets have given us the Old Testament, T’nach. Christians forget this fact.

One day I thanked a Jewish lady for our Old Testament. She nearly cried and replied: ‘Thank you. No-one has ever said that to me before.’ I told her how much I love the Jewish people and am grateful to them. They are accustomed to anti-Semitism.

I gave a Jewish gentleman a T’nach in Hebrew and English. He was very grateful. He also accepted a New Testament with the remark: ‘I must read this’.

If you would like to give a Jewish person a T’nach in Hebrew and English (or French, German, etc) SDHS provide them free of charge. Also offer people a New Testament in Hebrew.

God’s blessings,
