Over 900 evangelical leaders attended the World Evangelical Alliance’s (WEA) General Assembly for 2025 in Seoul.
The four-day event featured representation from 124 of the world’s 152 regional and national evangelical alliances, and was centred around the theme “The Gospel for Everyone by 2033”.
The WEA’s General Assembly only takes place once every five years and its 14th iteration, which saw a total of 7,000 participants attend, took place at SaRang Church. It saw key leadership positions filled, with Botrus Mansour appointed as Secretary General and Godfrey Yogarajah as chairman of its International Council.
