The Evangelical Alliance is helping Christians to navigate the world of New Age spirituality, crystals, and tarot as they seek to share the gospel in an increasingly spiritually-curious culture.
In a free, 36-page booklet available online or in print, the Alliance attempts to define New Age spirituality while offering a Biblical perspective as well as some suggested pastoral and evangelistic responses.
“We’re living in times of spiritual openness but it’s not just Christianity that people are exploring,” said Katherine Brown, author of the Spiritual Curiosity resource. “We as Christians have an opportunity to make Jesus known to people who are open and searching but looking in the wrong direction.”
