Tom Muir has been inducted into the role of Church Planting Director in the Free Church of Scotland.
The induction took place at a meeting of the Edinburgh and Perth Presbytery. The Free Church is seeking to strengthen church planting across the denomination and support the development of new gospel communities in the years ahead.
Speaking on behalf of the Mission Board, the Chairman Alasdair Macleod said: “We are delighted to see Tom take up this role and give thanks for the gifts and experience he brings. We look forward to working together with churches across the denomination, and with partners beyond the Free Church, as we seek to see healthy churches planted and established for the glory of God.”
