Church Society responds to claims

A leading conservative evangelical organisation has responded to claims made about it in relation to a Midlands church.

The Anglican evangelical group Church Society (CS) has compiled a 45-page document about the situation at St Peter’s, Stapenhill, of which it is patron. The CS statement comes following a call from Kate Andreyev, wife of Stapenhill vicar Mike Andreyev, made in the pages of en in April this year. She had earlier set out her concerns on her blog, kateeandreyev.com, and on many occasions on Twitter.
