The Fellowship of Independent Evangelical Churches (FIEC) has appointed Michael Teutsch as its Local Director for churches in central England.

Texas-born Teutsch moved to the UK to study at London Theological Seminary in 1984. He was pastor of Flitwick Baptist Church, Bedfordshire for 19 years and associate pastor at Highfields Church, Cardiff, for eight years. He has served on the FIEC Trust Board and been involved in church planting and mentoring. He joins a team of ten Local Directors – whose roles are to support leaders and churches in their region.
