So, young Milo, what do you think of the show so far?

Young Milo Holland (pictured with parents Adam and Jess) was full of zest at this year’s Bible By The Beach weekend in Eastbourne.

He was among 1,400 people who gathered for the popular Bible-teaching event held annually on the south coast.

This year’s main speaker was Richard L. Pratt, an American theologian, author, and founder and President of Third Millenium Ministries, which trains Christian leaders from around the world. The theme of the weekend was ‘God has spoken’.

Music was provided by Ben Slee and band. Other speakers included Jonty Rhodes, Tim Ward, Helen Thorne-Allenson, Steve Midgley and Naomi Dawson.

Conference organisers are already looking ahead to next year, which will take place from 2 May. American pastor Ray Ortlund will deliver teaching on the theme: 'In all things - God at work'. Operations Manager Vanessa Redhouse commented:

'We are told as Christians to pass truth on from one generation to the next and we are delighted that Bible by the Beach is serving that purpose amidst the joys of Eastbourne and all it has to offer – beaches, Beachy Head, great coffee shops, The Towner gallery and icecream!'
