This is a very engaging and readable book which will be enormously helpful and liberating for those who have been taken in by the triumphalism that is so current in evangelical circles in the United States and in the UK.

With a refreshing frankness and with a wealth of honest and very entertaining anecdotes, Mike Yaconelli spells out in an earthy and realistic way what walking with God day by day and seeking to serve him actually looks like. It is hard to put down and is especially to be recommended for those who have not studied what St. Paul has to say in 2 Corinthians 10-13.
